Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the Client, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:

Cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation fee will be applied for reservations cancelled after confirmation and in time period up to 20 days prior to boat embarkation./ prior to the scheduled trip.

Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for reservations cancelled in a period less than 20 days prior to boat embarkation./ prior to the scheduled trip.In the case that the weather conditions do not allow for the departure of the yachts, we offer a 50% refund of the agreed participation fee. 

According to the local port authorities, our sailing yachts can depart with winds up to 8 Beaufort, and our speed boat with winds up to 5 Beaufort.
